4 In The Box is an executive search firm providing staffing recruitment (for all departments, but with special emphasis on F&I) for dealerships in the Northeast. 4 In The Box offers both temp and permanent staffing services, enabling dealers to "test drive" potential candidates.In order to provide a wider and more robust pool of F&I candidates than can be found ANYWHERE else, 4 In The Box uses a proprietary patent-pending screening process to recruit individuals from both inside and outside the industry. Vetted individuals with experience can be immediately placed into F&I positions. Newcomers as well as many experienced candidates are placed into full F&I certification courses. New recruits learn alongside dealership employees in workshops that cover a broad array of F&I topics that go beyond just menu presentation and objection handling, developing skills that are critical to superior F&I performance. Successful unaffiliated graduates of our training academy are subsequently employed as temps through our temp agency, enabling the dealer an uncommitted trial period before hiring.Our innovative application of training means we don't just recruit high-performance employees...we also CREATE them.
