Burks of Cleveland, Ohio has approximately 25 years' experience in Human Resources, Administrative Management, and Business Management & Consulting. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management. She also attended Pfieffer University, Charlotte, NC where she obtained a dual-master's degree - master's in business administration (MBA), and a master's in healthcare administration (MHA). Malinda is also a United States Air Force veteran who proudly served her country for 12 years as both a Military Police, and a Personnel Specialist.
