We continuously build and strengthen CPG industry partnerships, primarily within Food & Beverages to ensure we maintain a steady flow of passive and active candidates and possible employers for those candidates.Our CPG clients see us as an extension of their Talent Acquisition teams and as such, we take care of everything from sourcing, screening and presentingrelevant passive and active candidates, through co-ordinating interviews, conducting criminal background checks as well as professional references.Upon hire of the successful candidate, we remain in communication with the client and the chosen incumbent to ensure a smooth and successful transition into the organization.Our recruitment efforts focus on leadership roles spanning Production, Maintenance, QA, Sanitation, Engineering, Warehouse. We offer both retained searches for Executive level or confidential searches as well as contingency searches.
