Owner and Pittmaster Michael Heckman started 412Q to create and serve authentic slow smoked BBQ. Michael started working in the restaurant business when he was 15 years old. His passion and knowledge about food has helped him create incredibly flavorful BBQ. He smokes the meats fresh for up to 16 hours for every catering event. He uses his own homemade rubs with fresh ingredients. He also uses different combinations of woods to impart flavors that will leave you wanting more.
