After joining a slimming group he started preparing healthy meals at home and lost four and a half stone. Andy decided tasty, home-cooked meals were the best way to lose weight but realised that many of his slimming friends didn't have time to cook at home. So he called his friend, chef Gareth [second name] and 600 Life was born. ‘600' because they promise to make you a delicious and filling three-course meal with as few as 600 calories in it.600 Life produces and delivers a range of low calorie ready meals with a difference. Unlike other low calorie meals, they come on generous portions and aren't packed with sugar. 600 Life doesn't use additives, artificial flavours preservatives or colours just fresh, locally sourced ingredients cooked just like your Nan or Mum would.600 Life meals are available, fresh or frozen, to customers on the Wirral delivered to their home, place of work or their slimming group.
