7 Weeks is a mobile application developed for Android that has totaled over 220,000 downloads. iOS is currently in development with a target release in May 2016. 7 Weeks is an app designed to help users build/break habits as well as accomplish goals and is focused on daily consistency to go about this. The target date for the user is 49 days straight of consistent, daily behavior, although the user can decide to perform an activity at a custom interval if they wish (e.g. 4/7 days a week or only on M, W, F). This 49 day number is a generally accepted time period for a person to ingrain a habit into their lifestyle. The app provides a beautiful, simple and easy to use interface to track daily statistics and see progress on a large scale level. Using 7 Weeks, users can add custom reminders, security, backup and more to assist in forming these habits and accomplishing these goals.
