7478 is a visionary architecture practice based in Rotterdam (NL) and Malta, founded in 2015 by Alessandro De Santis and Federico Pompignoli, both former OMA architects with 20 years of experience in built and complex projects around the world. We believe that there are no constraints to a project but only opportunities.Our work is being driven by the deep understanding of client's needs as well as of the project's current physical and cultural context.
