We pledge to practice all eight limbs of yoga within our business and ourselves.The eight limbs of yoga are yama (attitudes toward our environment), niyama (attitudes toward ourselves), asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practices), pratyahara (sensory restraint), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (complete integration).We aim to provide classes, workshops, and other events geared to supporting people of all backgrounds and levels.
