We have been launching new ideas in South Africa since 1971. Since the company's inception we have been constantly offered new products, services and ideas to market – some locally and some internationally. With such a huge variety to choose from, we have always taken the best ones (one at a time) turned them into Franchises, made a substantial profit on the sales, and afterwards sold on for a further profit. We have set up 43 projects in the last 40 years. The last one created 55 Agencies at $25 000 each and the established business was sold on for a 7 figure profit. Our highest profit on a single venture was $8 million. We are the only company doing this that we know of in South Africa. Marketing just 1 business at a time over a 1-2 year period meant we had to turn down more than 100 other ventures in that time period, each with excellent potential. In 2010 I decided to give away these additional opportunities by creating a newsletter under the name 88Agents and letting people contact the advertisers directly. Since then, many many businesses have been established, sold, traded, swapped and created running into millions of dollars – even shopping malls changed hands. Our subscribers eagerly awaiting new opportunities now totals more than 7 000. Recognizing the size of the market even in these financially difficult times in 2010, I decided to create and sell franchises on behalf of other companies, leaving the day-to-day management to the owners, and leaving me more time to concentrate on sales. In the first 12 months I chose 7 new clients and turned each of their businesses into 40 – 88 saleable Agencies with a total value of $2 million….. and sold several of each. There is a huge demand to expand these Companies overseas, and this resulted in this exciting new venture of sharing internationally – it is the obvious next step. There are many income streams and new partners can select which they deem suitable for their specific Country.
