The 95er Athletic Club was founded to support the sport of boxing and its athletes by providing the highest quality, most durable, and enjoyable-to-use gloves and gear.The 95er Athletic Club is based out of East 95th street in Manhattan - the same block that my grandfather would play sports with his crew of friends, "the 95ers" - upon moving to New York from Greece. We are wholly committed to quality, durability, and "crack" in all of our products - and want to put our athletes in the best position to compete, have fun, and win. We have partnered with select, talented glove manufacturers and leatherworkers in Mexico City and León, Guanajuato to create handmade boxing gear that will bring out the best in all athletes from recreational competitors to professionals. Each piece of gear - gloves, mitts, headgear - is its own unique product. It is handmade and built to last using the finest Guanajuato leathers (Torres Medina brand) and Mexican goatskin leathers (Boxeo brand). The 95er Athletic Club is for boxing. We respect, love, and appreciate the art and science of the sport, its history, its competitors, and its culture - and our goal is to contribute to this.
