We are a small company dedicated to showing our customers why fresh roasted, specialty grade coffee is the way to go! I always thought that coffee was bitter and that is just the way it was. Then I discovered that there was better coffee out there. I realized that if I chose higher quality, specialty grade coffee that was roasted and prepared properly, then it wasn't bitter at all, I actually enjoyed the flavor of black coffee!! So that is what I want to get out there to my customers. All of the coffee varieties that we offer are considered specialty grade, which means they scored over 80 points out of the 100 point scale that they use to grade coffee. Most of the time our coffees score 85-95 points, making them in the top 5-7% of coffee beans in the world. We roast in small batches, no more than 10 lbs at a time, to ensure a perfect even roast and we don't roast the coffee until you place your order. Once roasted, your coffee ships out the same day, so it gets to your doorstep within just a few days of roasting. You never get that on a grocery store shelf!!
