We are a small group of experienced, focused, pragmatic, innovators that bring none of the baggage of a large company, but who bring the experience of small, middle market and large entity, e.g., the "Big 4" and some of the largest cities in America .Typical projects would be 1-6 months helping assessing an IT Strategy or Security RoadMap; building a department or enterprise project management function; assessing and operationalizing financial systems to guide growth; investigating patent law and its associated issues or driving provable cost savings.Our people have been some of the top people in global middle market companies, "Big 4" management consulting firms, as well as public sector entities such as the 50 states and America's largest cities.
