A Gem of An Idea founded by Ashie Hirji. my portfolio site & showcasing my digital projects. I design various projects with ethical leaders' empowerment for social innovation and digital inclusion. .Most of the individuals I work with are change leaders and in many ways some of us are pioneers, setting the stage for something unique to emerge. I am constantly in action working ethically and designing new media concepts. I believe in sustainability and being sustained. I am a digital content creator, facilitator with collaborative network groups. I am passionate about contributing to humanity as an ethical leader. I work with many young leaders & empower them.I am a digital tech activist advocating digital safety, protection and privacy rights for all innocent children, women and activists globally and have been bringing awareness of cyber-dangers and threats since 2004. My mission is simple, making efforts to adopt best practice standard tools to keep youth, women and children safe over the Internet during my projects. It is not about how to market my business, It is about ethics & integrity to keep innocent children, youth & women who are at risk safe in the digital age as they bridge the digital divide. I find many organizations compromise innocent children and women in the digital age. My work began in 2004 and I knew of the dark side of the Internet. GEM digital projects unite & connect global change leaders as we work towards solving social & environmental challenges, with a sustainable & social entrepreneurial approach. Thought provocative concepts take place in a neutral way. An end point safety, protection and privacy right solution is a priority and needed, especially the protection of innocent users' data.
