"A Grade Tutors is a start-up company that was founded on the 28th of August 2016. After several hundred hours of tutoring among the co-founders alone, each partner felt that they have gained sufficient insight into the industry and started planning towards the commencement of the business in July 2016. South Africa is a country that still has many trapped in the poverty cycle and a large contributor towards this is the quality of education or lack thereof. Thus, A Grade Tutors' main aim is to bridge the gap between an individual's academic potential and the marks that they achieve by providing one-on-one assistance to school students of all ages. A Grade Tutors strives to improve the quality of education among school children in South Africa in order to better equip the leaders of tomorrow. A large motivator behind A Grade Tutors is to not only generate a profit, but also improve the futures of many individuals which is emphasised through our slogan, "Create Your Own Future".A Grade Tutors has created an organisational culture that promotes willingness to learn. An important aspect of A Grade Tutors is that they try to ensure that students are willing to learn by ensuring that they will never sit in a school lesson and think to themselves "This is so boring".
