We are a small, busy high street practice. We offer legal services relating to English law in Conveyancing; Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates; Landlord and Tenant; Advising the Elderly including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications; Immigration and Matrimonial matters.Established by Andrzej Kamieniecki in 1977 as A Kay Solicitors, we took over from him in 1988 and renamed the firm A Kay Pietron and Paluch, which we registered as a Limited Liability Partnership in 2011. We are now known as A Kay Pietron & Paluch Solicitors LLP.Ours is a family business. Pietron and Paluch are the names of the two partners, Irma Pietron and Roma Paluch, who carried on the family tradition from their father, Czeslaw Paluch, who worked with Andrzej Kamieniecki for over twenty years. Now, many years on, numerous clients who first instructed Andrzej Kamieniecki and Czeslaw Paluch continue to instruct our firm. We welcome new clients from all backgrounds. Based in west London in the heart of the Polish community in Ealing, we consider ourselves to be a niche practice. We offer our services in both English and Polish. Many of us speak Polish, which also enables us to communicate effectively with offices and people in Poland when the need arises. Our location makes us well-placed to offer services to West London residents generally as well as to the established Polish community and recent arrivals from Poland.We pride ourselves on providing a service that combines professional excellence and efficiency with a personal touch of old-fashioned courtesy and warm hospitality that we extend to each and every one of our clients.
