A-Kruunu Oy tarjoaa viihtyisiä ja kohtuuhintaisia vuokra-asuntoja Helsingin seudulla ja muilla suurimmilla kaupunkiseuduilla. Olemme Suomen valtion omistama erityistehtäväyhtiö, joka rakennuttaa vuokra-asuntoja omaan omistukseensa sekä vuokraa ja isännöi niitä. Tavoitteenamme on nostaa asteittain asuntoaloitusten määrä 800 asuntoon vuodessa. Osassa kohteissa on myös liiketiloja, joita vuokraamme yritysten tarpeisiin. Vuokra-asuntojen rakennuttamisen lisäksi olemme aktiivisesti mukana asumiseen liittyvissä kehityshankkeissa, joita ovat ryhmävuokraus, puurakentaminen ja urbaanit lapsiperheet.---A-Kruunu Oy har trivsamma hyresbostäder till skäliga priser i Helsingforsregionen och andra större stadsområden. Vi är ett specialuppdragsbolag som ägs av den finska staten. Vi låter bygga hyresbostäder som vi äger och hyr ut samt är disponent för. Vårt mål är att stegvis höja antalet påbörjade bostäder till 800 bostäder om året. I vissa objekt finns också affärslokaler, som vi hyr ut till företag. Utöver att vi låter bygga hyresbostäder deltar vi också aktivt i utvecklingsprojekt som gäller boende, t.ex. hyresbostäder för grupper, träbyggande och urbana barnfamiljer.---A-Kruunu Oy offers comfortable and affordable rental housing in the Helsinki region and other large urban regions. Owned by the Finnish State, we are a company with a special mandate that builds rental housing. We rent out and manage the properties we own. Our aim is to raise gradually the number of residential start-ups by 800 properties per year. Some of our properties include business premises, which we rent out for the needs of companies. In addition to rental housing construction, we are also actively invloved in development projects relating to housing, which include group renting, wood construction and urban families with children.
