A Talent Toolbox consults to organizations on a range of talent development efforts: designing and evaluating training and development programs, sourcing the best providers and content, providing expert facilitation, and even setting up an overall strategy for an L&D function. While these programs can support diverse staff across a range of topics, A Talent Toolbox has two areas of focus: 1) the development of leaders and managers through assessment, experiential programs, and one-on-one coaching; 2) presentation skills coaching and enhancing executive poise and presence. A Talent Toolbox also supports organizations to re-think and re-design important related systems like performance management (so that the process reliably measures and rewards talent); and engagement programs (so that an organization can understand and fix what holds its talent back).
