Dingel VA Medical Center and advisory board member at the City University of New York. He also serves a litigation expert on statistical issues related with health care.Dr. Baser created several proprietary algorithms that improve care system for patients while minimizing the cost for payers. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and teaches a course on Modeling Health Cost and Utilization using Real World Data. He has over 500 worldwide presentations and publications and contributed on several book chapters. His book on estimation of health care costs was published in 2010. His paper on propensity score matching was selected as one of the Top 10 most read Value in Health articles.
