SelfTech Beauty and Fashion is marketing, trading, consulting and training hub and partner for international brands in beauty and fashion field that they are targeting or intending to enter into the Farsi markets via Dubai. SelfTech beauty and Fashion is member of an UK establishment as trade and service holding group and it is formed as branch in UAE for Middle East and Africa markets specially for development of beauty and fashion brands and products, sales and artistic content across social, digital and retail channels in Farsi language markets. The company will lead brand education, artistic direction and educational training throughout sales channel across all professional categories, including skincare, hair care, personal care, makeup and personal medical products and field sales in cross-functional partnership with Sales, Field Development, Brand Marketing, Key Account Management, Social/Digital Marketing and Creative team of brands (clients). • Spearhead the development of all trend and training materials (i.e., professional social content and blogs, digital tutorials/videos, printed materials, across brands (clients) and champion the roll-out of educational training throughout sales channels or organizing seminar.• Conceptualize, direct and edit professional marketing material created for all Key Accounts and social channels to products, compensation plans and artistry directives. • Media, marketing and training content development and services in Farsi for brands (Clients) • Lead Educational support for all Key Accounts; field educational Events, Trade shows, PR/Influence Events and National/Regional Sales Meetings.• Generate techniques aligned to seasonal/ trends within the professional and consumer space.• Provide professional leadership voice across all social channels, including creating pro blog to communicate pro authority messaging across categories for professional community.• Build and maintain successful relationships with Key Account, Merchandising, Sales and Education team members to ensure the field team is trained effectively.
