Leiner, an Accredited Marine Surveyor and Master Marine Surveyor, has over 39 years of diversified experience in all aspects of marine surveying and yacht and vessel inspections on all types and sizes of vessels constructed of various materials. As a Certified Level 1 Thermographer, Arlen Leiner is also qualified to identify and document thermal patterns for any object, animate or inanimate, thermal inspection for commercial, industrial, and manufacturing plants as well as yacht and vessel thermal imaging and residential homes.AAC Marine Group, Inc., in the person of Capt. Leiner, is authorized directly by IMCI, a Notified Body to conduct inspections and examinations of new construction boats, marine equipment and post construction boats in the CE certification process capped with the certificate of conformity with EU Directives both nationally and internationally.
