Vocational education and skill development programs are playing pivotal role in economic development of our country, as well also becoming the reason for mode of change in the lifestyle of masses. Even as per the recent trends, skill development has also proved itself as a medium of sustainable growth for the young people of the Nation. The demand of vocational education is not new from the employer's side even, as it is always a pre requisite to have skilled manpower for optimized production and maximized profits. Our prevailing education system provides a panoramic theoretical approach towards the educational phenomenon, but somewhere lacks to provide the hands-on experience and employability skills. Vocational education is the most swift and simplest way of providing both theoretical and practical knowledge at the same time, even to a major extent it also makes the students friendly about the prospective work culture and environment.So, understanding the value and importance of Vocational Education, we started our journey in this sector in the year 2015, which was not early but also not the late. After entering in this field, we found this sector is having a rapid growth option with a social cause endeavored in itself. This sector is having wide spectrum of deliverables, but to some extent we found it "not so organized" in terms of commitments. Hence, we thought to come out with new solutions and methodologies to overcome this major challenge. We engaged some fresh minds from other core corporate sectors and tried our hands to build a more accountable working culture in our organization. Which worked to a lot extent, and become elementary for the growth of the organization in terms of geographical presence and target size.
