Aalborg Basketball Club is Aalborg's largest basketball club and was founded in 1958. Currently the club has around 300 members ranging from five year olds to 50+. The purpose of the club is to make sure that the members can play basketball and be a part of the social life surrounding those activities. The highest ranged men team is Aalborg Vikings that play in the Canal Digital League and the best women team play 1st division. Aalborg Basketball Club is a non-profit organisation which is run by voluntary work contributed by its members.
