شرکت مشاوره مدیریتی و سازمانی آتی نگر در مهر ماه ۱۳۹۰، با هسته ای متراکم و پر انرژی که دانش مدیریت را در عمل در بستر سازمان ها تجربه کرده و مهارتی مبتنی بر دانش داشته است، متولد شد. آتی نگر از آن سوی میز آمده بود، از فضای سازمان و مدیریت، تا در این سمت به مشاوره و ارائه خدمات به سازمان ها و مدیران بپردازد. آتی نگر عضو انجمن مشاوران مدیریت و مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری دانشگاه تهران است.آتی نگر امروز پس از چهار سال، تجربه موفق ارائه خدمات مشاوره و آموزش را در کارنامه خود دارد و در پی مسیر پرفراز و فرود کار در بخش خصوصی با زمینه تخصصی مشاوره مدیریتی و سازمانی، همکاری با کلینیک صنعت-معدن و تجارت دانشگاه تهران، شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد قم، طرح سام وزارت صنعت-معدن و تجارت، مرکز آموزش و تحفیفات صنعتی ایران، و سازمان مدیریت صنعتی را تجربه کرده است. فردای بهتر برای آتی نگر به میزان تاثیر آن بر ساختارها، سازمان ها و مدیران وابسته است. تحقق ایده آرمانی "توسعه فرد، خانواده، سازمان و جامعه" در برنامه پبش روی ما قرار دارد. مسیری که آن را با همکاری و همراهی سایر دوستان خود طی خواهیم کردAati Negar (AN) as a management consulting company was born in October 2011 by a very aspiring and energetic team who learnt the managerial knowledge in practice in different organizations and industries and built up the skills. AN came from the other side of the desk with the aim of providing state of the art managerial services to those companies in need in the country. As the member of Iranian Management Consultant Association AN is located in Tehran University Science and Technology Park. Today we are holding records of successful diverse services and projects in various management consulting areas. Some of the companies benefited our offers are Tehran University Industry and Mine Club, Shams-abad Industrial City, SAM Scheme, Industrial Research & Training Center of Iran, and Industrial Management Institute.
