Aayom Welfare Society is an NGO formulated in 2006, working extensively in the Rural & Urban areas to help & support lesser fortunate citizens of our society in leading a better life. We strongly believe that every human being should have the same value and should be treated equally. We aim to facilitate a society which is free of socio-economic inequalities, where everyone has access to the Basic Elements of Life:F –Food, A –Accommodation, C –Clothes, E-EducationProvision of Good Education to the youth, is of paramount importance and we strongly believe that good education adds up as an important asset in an individual's life which further grooms him to not only be successful in life but also teaches him to use the knowledge gained from education to contribute towards making this society a better place.Apart from FACE, Aayom focuses on the youth, the future leaders. Today's youth remains under a lot of pressure, owing to the present socio-economic and environmental conditions, combined with aggressive competition. These pressures ultimately make a youth run away from the society and resort to self-destructive activities, like drugs which only add to their miseries. Aayom works towards mentoring and supporting these youth in not only overcoming the pressures of life and moving away from self-destructive activities but also in going back to leading a productive and healthy life. Our humble Endeavour is to Guide & Support these youth to move towards 'Building a Bright Future' by 'Building Up A Better Today Leading to the Best of Tomorrow'.Another major area of focus for Aayom is Women Empowerment and we have been working over the years for the underprivileged women in both Rural & Urban areas to not only get them their rights as any other male citizen of India but also have been working with them to make them financially independent. We also reach out to the underprivileged women to educate them on health and personal hygiene and how to lead a healthy lifestyle.
