AB Global Assistance was founded in 2020 by two Flight Nurses who have extensive experience in the assistance sector. We have 2 offices in Turkey consisting of 10 employees. The Headquarter office is in the city center Istanbul and the second office is in Izmir. We provide different types of services including Ground Transfer Arrangements (Taxi, Ground Ambulance, and Medical Car), Doctor Visit Arrangements, Medical Escort services, Translation and Interpretation services, handling investigation cases, and provision of professional insights about inquiries related to the assistance sector including medical related questions, health tourism, and network coverage. We are managing cases worldwide emphasizing on providing services in the regions of Middle East, and Turkey. Our aim is to provide professional service which meets the customers' expectations and managing cases on time with minimum effective costs.
