As a BCBA and adjunct professor in the field for the past 12 years, I have decided it is time to work on branching out on my own and developing a company that truly holds my values. ABA Consultants, LLC has developed from an increasing need for parent training and another route to treatment outside of insurance funding and high hours of direct services that are not always a fit for every family. For some families, all that is needed is a few simple strategies to make all the difference. For this reason, ABA Consultants, LLC works within a consultation model. Caregivers work directly with a BCBA during weekly consultation sessions to identify the problem, analyze the problem, develop strategies, and provide follow up consults to determine effectiveness and provide additional supports as needed.
