AWO provides Business Tools for the management of Alternative Healthcare Practices, non-medical Homecare Agencies and one's personal well-being.AWOhealthcare's Business Tools provide the usual management features such as appointments, consultation notes and invoicing. People and Center management tools include the creation of Center and Practitioner web pages that are posted to AWO's online directories. Also included is an Apothecary that manages the sale of product from in-house inventories as well as online supplement vendors. Marketing tools include AWOmessenger, AWOnewsletter and AWOevents. AWOhealthcare's Business Tools also play nicely on a Tablet.AWOhomecare includes an intake process that generates the client checklist to be completed by the Care-giver using a Smart Phone. The Smart Phone app includes a time clock that generates timesheets for semi-automated payroll. Care-giver timesheets are monitored and text and email messages are sent to the care-giver and the Agency's owner when the care-giver is late. AWO's Smart Scheduler quickly matches Care-Givers with Clients. Timesheets and invoices are exported to QuickBooks for payroll and accounting.One's well-being is managed by the LifeStyle Monitor, which provides some 9 tools to monitor characteristics of one's well-being and several health surveys. The LifeStyle Monitor also serves as a Client Portal for AWO's Business Tools.
