This is followed by prospecting of right candidates through a defined screening & selection process which includes conducting of EQ & IQ tests, pre selection counselling to understand and map right fitment to job roles.We work towards a sustainable employability model while encouraging employees to take up work skill training based on their own interest and organizational need followed by soft skill training, skill tests to benchmark their abilities and undergo a pre engagement orientation.
