Abexxa Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company taking a new approach in the fields of immuno-oncology and oncology to develop the next generation of precision medicine. Abexxa is focused on developing novel therapeutics around its newly discovered class of intracellular antigens (atypical HLA-peptide complexes) on cancerous cells. These atypical HLA-peptide complexes provide access to previously un-druggable targets and have been shown to play a regulatory role in modulating innate and adaptive immune responses. Abexxa has developed a target discovery and validation platform, and a robust method to create highly specific human antibodies to those targets.
