Outpatient Therapy Services including PT, OT, and SLP. Outpatient Clinic in Chamblee/ Dunwoody area to provide all disciplines of therapy to a wide age group of persons. On-site services within Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Adult Day Cares in the Metro Atlanta Area. We have been in the Atlanta market providing services for the past three years. Our comprehensive care across all disciplines helps persons gain the maximum benefit from therapy. Physical Therapy Our licensed Physical Therapists deliver care to residents and patients in areas such as range of motion, gait training, ambulation assistance, muscular reeducation, and other areas of post trauma or post operative care. Our goals are to get patients back to their highest level of function through an inter-disciplinary approach with the facility and physician office staff. We focus on falls prevention and reducing potential for traumatic injury. Occupational Therapy Our professional staff of licensed Occupational Therapist’s focus on the activities associated with daily living. Our goal is to get patients as independent as possible by working with them regularly through an inter-disciplinary approach. We specialize in handling problems such as contracture management, positioning, and stroke recovery. Speech Therapy Our licensed Speech Therapists attend to the needs of resident in regards to swallowing issues, cognitive skills, memory and other key issues for the elderly. These therapists work closely with all physicians in setting up and implementing a resident’s plan of care.
