Abintra Software Details
AbIntra, Latin for from within, grew out of a software development company named Shared Logic, LLC. Shared Logic, LLC developed a large scale ERP application designed for the metals processing industry, specifically rolled metals manufacturers. MSC utilizes a multi-tier platform with the powerful SQL Server database as a backend combined with a C#.net user interface. After ten years in development Shared Logic, LLC acquired exclusive marketing rights to the MSC application and evolved into AbItra Software to market the application. Along the way, Shared Logic, LLC had developed a spin off application called edoc which was an enterprise level electronic document management system. AbIntra decided to transform edoc into a more accessible and more affordable application that could be used by smaller and medium sized business. The goal was to bring the benefits of enterprise level document management to the small business market at a reasonable price point while retaining most of the power and utility of the enterprise level package. The programmers at AbIntra exceeded expectations when they released DataBinder in the fall of 2013. While continuing to add features and power to their products, AbIntra Software is currently successfully marketing both applications. Chad Cox leads the MSC development team while Steve Latsch and Miquelyn Thomas lead the DataBinder team. To bring the history full circle Shared Logic, LLC grew out of a company named Shared Logic, Inc.
