An Abira is a warrior who is set to lead her life confidently. She paves the path to growth for herself, her family and the community. Abira Creations Pvt. Ltd. started solely as a fashion accessories manufacturer employing economically marginalised women. The aim was to train and equip the women to gain skills that could be easily transferable and ensure better employment opportunities in the future. The improvement that was seen by this basic training and the change in their spirits pushed us to add mentoring and on-the-job learning to build on their operational and business acumen. Today we have evolved into a hybrid business incubator to enable marginalised women to lead their own businesses; thereby, be at the helm of their own lives. We have transformed from a fashion accessories manufacturer into an organisation that ideates, trains, strategises and markets women led businesses. Jewellery manufacturing was and remains to be core to our business and is the biggest contributor in creating new Abira's.
