Mineral products are essential components for many industries, and mineral substitutes are few and far between. The main costs of mining can be placed into three important categories - energy costs, resource (and equipment) costs, and safety costs. The mining industry spends time and money working to increase the productivity of their mines, while reducing the energy costs and ensuring the safety of their workers. In ABplug Company, we invented a new product in mining projects to reduce costs of drilling and blasting operations in open pit mines, dam construction projects, road construction projects, and the amount of electricity consumed in the processing plant. The advantages of our product are 1) Ability to change the length of the plug; 2) Making a stemming plug in one piece compared; 3) Lower cost compared to other plugs due to less materials used; 4) Easy to use in saturated hole; 5) fewer plug sizes compared to other plugs in the same hole diameter range; 6) Easy installation with less time; 7) Easy to use in pre-slit blasts.
