Leaves will be monitored for patterns of abuse.We administer leave requests under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA),Company Leaves, Tracking Leaves, State Leaves, Uniformed ServicesEmployment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and the Americanswith Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA).DisabilityShort-Term and Long-Term Disability claims will be reviewed andprocessed within the parameters of your disability plan. Our experiencedclaim professionals will monitor the medical received in accordance withthe Official Disability Guidelines and continually assess for return to workpotential. Adjudication will be timely and the employee and employer willbe notified of the claim determination. Advice to pay reports will be sent to our clients at regular intervals, resulting in a seamless claims experience for both our client and their employees.
