Absolute BBQ is an locally owned and ran business in Northern Virginia. Formally know as Ben's Whole Hog BBQ, Absolute BBQ has new fire and is burning HOT! Absolute BBQ brings southern living and classic BBQ to an urban area. With its rustic feel inside the restaurant and its delicious "soul food" eats, you will feel like you jumped back in time. The food portions will more than cover anyone's appetite and the hospitality will remind you of being at grandmas house.If you are looking for a fun evening with good people, great atmosphere and live music, then Absolute BBQ is the place to be. They are only open a couple days a week, from Thursday -Saturday, but every day they have live blue grass, country, rock and some good classic bands from around the area.We do catering events for large and small parties, work functions, or what ever the occasion may be. On Friday we are at the Farmers Market in Manassas Park and Sunday in Bristow at Piney Branch Elementary.Come See Us!!
