The ABURY Foundation was founded in 2010 as a non-profit organisation by Andrea Bury. She was inspired by her years living and working in Morocco. Fascinated by the skills and shocked by the educational and living conditions, especially of the women, she wanted to create change. The idea of the ABURY Foundation is to be an "instigator" through its social projects and to accompany women into a self-determined life. The fair trade fashion brand ABURY collection works with artisans from different communities. The ABURY Foundation improves the living conditions of these communities.
