AC Alumni Manchester Details
AC Alumni Manchester is a small charity established to deliver a mentorship scheme for students of the Manchester African & Caribbean community across the University of Manchester (UoM) and Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). Made up of MMU and UoM alumni, we are aware of the lack of mentors within the community, making the transition from higher education to employment difficult. By matching up mentees with volunteer mentors, we aim to provide support that covers industry specific advice that will not only have a positive academic impact, but will also prove invaluable in shaping mentees' life beyond university.
