Academy for Professional Excellence is the Philippines' first and only progressive continuing education and training academy in retailing and services. It was established to help retailers keep pace with the global competition and address the growing need for world-class retail leaders and professionals.It is the first academy to receive the TESDA Program Registration for Customer Services NC-II, a joint vocational competency–based curriculum project of the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) and TESDA that will meet the national competency standards in Customer Service for retail frontliners. APEX is also the first TESDA accredited Assessment Center for Customer Services NC-II. Assessment determines whether a retail or service worker can perform the competencies expected based on defined competency standards. A TESDA Certificate is then provided to those who meets the competency standards.
