Académica Start UC - Network of Ambassadors for Entrepreneurship "- is a pilot project to raise awareness, educate and mold UC students for innovation and entrepreneurship, created by the University of Coimbra and Associação Académica de Coimbra, a project started in the academic year 2016/2017.It is based on a network of 26 student ambassadors for entrepreneurship, supervised by the University of Coimbra and Associação Académica de Coimbra. These students will be responsible for promoting a policy of proximity to their peers, raising awareness among them, recruiting them and promoting local events for innovation and entrepreneurship, coordinating with the students' cores of AAC and with the support of the University of Coimbra and Associação Académica de Coimbra.Mission:What are the goals of the project?(i) Raising awareness, education and molding University of Coimbra's students for innovation and entrepreneurship;(ii) Creation of a network of student ambassadors for innovation and entrepreneurship;(iii) Involvement of complementary partners in the project;(iv) Promoting attitude changes, values and behaviors more open and entrepreneurial, collaboration in innovation projects, use of new ideas and technologies, risk taking and fiting the stigma of failure.
