Accelereach facilitates communication between patients and their wellness programs or health-care providers. Our web based service automates select interactions between patients and providers, freeing time for personalized dialogue. Health-care providers and wellness program managers spend an unreasonable amount of time on routine communications with their patients/program participants. They waste time making simple reminders (such as what pills to take or when to exercise) and collecting routine data (such as blood sugar levels or hours slept) over the phone. Much of this communication can and should be automated. Accelereach accomplishes this through an easy-to-use online tool for providers to schedule automated two-way communications with their patients. The patients interact with the tool through text messaging (SMS) on their regular cell phones Since the patients never need to use the site directly, communication can happen when and where they want, making it easier to follow medical instructions or stick to a wellness regimen. The automation saves providers hours of time without compromising on the amount of communication they have with patients, as alert filtering ensures important communications still go directly to the provider. This allows the providers to spend time on more personal communication when the patients actually need it since they waste less time on routine calls.
