ACCESS (Service Glasgow LLP) was set up as joint venture between Glasgow City Council and Serco UK PLC to deliver ICT and property services to the council.On 16 February 2018 ACCESS property services were transferred back to Glasgow City Council and on 31 March 2018 ACCESS ICT services were transferred to CGI UK.ACCESS has now ceased trading as at 31 March 2018.
