Founded in 2001, Access Osceola TV (AOTV), is a government access TV channel owned by the City of Kissimmee. It is operated in partnership between the City of Kissimmee, Kissimmee Utility Authority, Toho Water Authority, Osceola County Sheriff's Office, and the Supervisor of Elections Office. Access Osceola broadcasts on Bright House Networks channel 495 in Kissimmee and the unincorporated parts of Osceola County.The channel operates 24 hours/7 days a week and features programs, such as the Kissimmee City Commission meetings, Osceola School Board meetings, Osceola County Commission meetings, weekly talk shows, educational programming, and a community bulletin board. In addition to original programming produced on behalf of the partners, the channel also includes programming from other sources, such as the Armed Forces, State of Florida, and regional planning authorities. Access Osceola has earned numerous awards for television production and programming.
