Access to Technology is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit charity organization located in Greenfield Massachusetts. We provide working computers to people who need them free of charge. A2T has given thousands of computers and other technology equipment to students, young people, artists, low-income families, activists, and non-profit organizations since 2009. We solicit computers no longer in use from private schools and businesses, wipe them clean to Pentagon specifications and install drivers and operating systems. Our computer donors have included Entergy Corp, Yankee Candle Company Inc, Deerfield Academy, Miss Hall's School and several anonymous companies. The impacts of this computer exchange are considerable. We have kept working computers out of landfills, helped students be successful in school, provided a video lifeline to siblings separated in foster care, assisted ESL students in their studies and supported medical education volunteers working in Haiti (and much more)!
