Co-founded by Maria DeChellis and Madeleine Driscoll, AccessH2O provides financial assistance to resolve water debt, education in support of finding and repairing leaks and understanding responsible water usage, and support to individuals and families experiencing temporary financial hardship to avoid water shut-off. We make it our mission to advocate for the end of water shut-offs and lien processes in collection of debts and helping to advise utilities on innovative outreach and assistance programs.
