The ACCEW Group LLC, is an American multinational private equity, alternative asset management, and financial technology services firm, founded in 2020 and is based in New York City. TACCEW was created for the purpose of being an opportunistic real estate holdings and technology company.ACCEW Group through its subsidiary Accredited Capital, is creating Accredited Tax Advantaged Opportunity Zone Fund I (the "Fund"). The Fund is being created for the purpose of being a diversified real estate portfolio holdings company. The Fund intends to target undervalued properties with an emphasis on renovation, re-development and repositioning within designated Opportunity Zones across the United States of America (the "Opportunity Zones"), established as a result to the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.ACCEW Group LLC will be the principal owner of Accredited Capital LLC the funds sponsor and General Partner (the "GP") and will also be the principal owner of ACCEW Management LLC the Funds Investment Manager. ACCEW was created for the purpose of being an opportunistic real estate holdings and technology company. The Fund intends to qualify as a "qualified opportunity fund" (a "QOF"), which is a new type of investment entity created as part of the legislation known as the "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act" ("TCJA") and will be established as an opportunistic real estate fund. Accredited Capital seeks to generate a quadruple bottom line return for investors – social, environmental, educational and compelling financial returns.
