Then came the day when we started working out of the back of a pickup for ourselves rehabbing homes in early 2001. With over 100 homes under our belts we thought we had seen everything. Then in 2007 a fellow veteran construction friend told us about the preservation industry. As the recession loomed the preservation side of the business grew into what it is today and Accterra Preservation was formed.With a thirst for technology Accterra has stayed on the leading edge of the latest software, mobile applications, and services to run efficiently. This allows instant access of who and when a contractor is visiting a property and how long they are present. In addition we provide real time feedback to our clients as well as deter any comprising activities. We can instantaneously make damage decisions and work can be completed much quicker as photo documentation is transferred immediately.
