Accuro FM has established to provide a range of facilities management services, delivering whole life property related solutions through; design, installation, maintenance, operations and management of assets. The services are divided into three core areas: Hard Services (Building Maintenance and M&E Services) Soft Services (Security, Catering, Cleaning, Porters, Mailroom, and Reception Staff) Management Services (Helpdesk, Lifecycle and Asset Management and FM Advice / Consultancy) Accuro has a somewhat unique perspective within the FM marketplace, which is derived from our parent organisation Guildhouse. Their experience in property ownership and design enables Accuro to take a broader and longer-term perspective than is, provided by the more traditional companies. This means that services are not viewed as a standard short-term (3-5 year) contract but rather as a 15 to 30-year project. Consequently, the maintenance and service regimes that are put in place are designed to be the most beneficial for the whole life of the project, rather than simply ensuring that the equipment functions and complies with the necessary legislation. This enables some higher cost predictive maintenance and life-enhancing services to be provided Similarly, Accuro has found that through careful discussion with clients to ascertain the operational needs of their businesses we are able to develop a facilities management service that delivers a more flexible and responsive solution.
