Ace Industries is a family of manufacturing companies operating out of a single 100,000 square foot facility near Chicago's Midway Airport. Ace Industries is comprised of two divisions, Ace Plating Company and Acme Spinning Company.The Ace Plating division was founded in 1962 by Stanley Holewinski and has been at its current location since 1982. Ace Plating offers electroplating, e-coating, powder coating, and polishing & buffing services. Ace can plate brass, bronze, copper, nickel, and chrome onto a variety of substrates and has some of the largest plating tanks in the country giving us the ability to plate parts that most other platers can't. Ace Plating began offering e-coating in 1995 and powder coating in 1997 and has the capacity to powder coat items as large as car hoods. In 2011, Ace acquired Barnes Plating, another Chicagoland plating company.The Acme Spinning division was founded in 1952 and acquired by Ace Industries in 1984. Acme offers metal spinning and stamping services and well as tool and die making. Along the way, Acme acquired F&S Spinning and Stamping and Cano Tool and Die. Today, Ace Industries is led by Jeffrey Holewinski, the third generation Holewinski to take the helm; following his father Michael. Jeff has a bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and two master's degrees from the University of Missouri in Manufacturing Engineering and Business. Prior to returning to the family business, Jeff had worked in several different manufacturing industries as well as taught manufacturing at Purdue.We have a dedicated staff with most of our employees having over 20 years of experience. We can handle all sizes and shapes, all volumes small and large.
