The Catalan Association of Consulting Firms is a private, non-profit entity incorporated in 1993. It is related to the AEC [Spanish Association of Consulting Firms] and member of the FEACO (Fédération Européenne des Associations de Conseil en Organisation). The ACEC brings together only the best consulting firms with headquarters and/or offices in Catalonia. The fundamental objectives of the ACEC are: - to promote the higuest level of professionalism, ethics and quality in the consulting practice. - to promote the consulting market to companies and public administrations, in benefit of the associated consulting firms. The ACEC is the only representative association of the profession in the area of Catalonia. According to industry estimates, the invoicing of the companies members of the ACEC currently represent 65% of the consulting business that is carried out in Catalonia. The ACEC has achieved notable recognition on the institutional and business level in Catalonia, fruit of the services and relations that its members maintain with the Organisations of the Autonomous Community and Local Administrations, business institutions and professional associations.
