Since our inception over three decades ago, in 1973, we have consistently grown through our focus on strong management skills, innovative designs and visionary leadership of our founder Mr Ajit Shangari. Mr Ajit Shangari started ACPL with a philosophy centred on market-centric values. This has translated into responsible architecture and timeless creations with a keen eye on client-needs and end-user benefits. The name Ajit Shangari came to be synonymous with ‘relevant design' and apt creations within a few years of our coming into being. Some of the areas that ACPL is noted to have created outstanding design and scale in, include: townships, residential, recreational, industrial, commercial, and institutional and group housing. Mr Kulmeet Shangari took over the reins in 1992 and today ACPL is grown from an organization capable of handling projects from concept. ACPL's ability to chase projects and work with maximum efficiency has seen it move from one success to another in a reasonably short period of time
